Safeguarding is our No.1 Priority
Wild Embers is fully committed to safeguarding the welfare of all vulnerable adults, children and young people by taking all reasonable steps to protect them from harm.
What is Safeguarding?
Safeguarding means protecting a person’s health, well-being and human rights; enabling them to live free from harm, abuse and neglect. Our Parent and Child Friendly Safeguarding Policy can be downloaded here.
What Should I do if I suspect a child is at risk of harm or neglect?
Please tell a member of Wild Embers staff, our Safeguarding Lead is Richard Scofield, and our Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead is Mel Triggs.

If you suspect the child is at immediate risk of danger - please call 999 immediately.
All safeguarding matters will be dealt with confidentially, professionally and in conjunction with local authorities and safeguarding teams where necessary.
