Wild Embers has been bringing outdoor provisions to children, adults, schools and families since 2017, and has a dedicated team of highly skilled practitioners who bring years of experience to our work.

Our mission is to hold a creative and safe outdoor space where children, young people and their families can connect to nature, themselves and each other, so they can boldly journey into life.

Our current alternative provision; Transitional Support Programme is targeted specifically towards SEND children in schools across South Devon.

We believe that holistic support is essential to promoting well-being and inspiring young minds. Since inception, Wild Embers has worked with hundreds of people in the local area, the Local Authorities, schools, and other CICs and charities. We are proud of the impactful work we deliver and the connections we have made in our community.

We are committed to working closely with educational settings to provide bespoke programmes that meet the unique needs of pupils.
